Our full management service is just a single fee of £150 (Inclusive of VAT) for the startup process and inventory which will be deducted from the first months rent. For any subsequent Inventories the charge is reduced to £120 (inclusive of VAT) This is followed by a competitive monthly charge of just 13.2% (Inclusive of VAT) of rental income. We will provide you with our full Terms of Business which will outline all your responsibilities and requirements as a Landlord and will ask you to complete a questionnaire which enables us to fully manage your property on your behalf.
